Sponsorship Letter & Donation Form

 

(a) Exhibit Space:* A representative from your organization may staff an information table at our exhibition during our Sponsorship Showcase (3‐hour period for about 450 conference attendees) - $250

(b) BRONZE: Logo on website and program booklet - $200

(c) SILVER: Same as Bronze and logo on WRHC Conference bag handed out to all attendees - $400

(d) GOLD: Same as Silver and logo on WRHC Conference T‐shirt handed out to all attendees - $600

 

* BRONZE, SILVER, & GOLD levels may purchase Exhibit Space for a reduced price - $150

 

In order to fully acknowledge your contribution, we would appreciate receiving the donation form and

donation check or items (if applicable) by Thursday, February 25, 2016.

We gratefully accept donations at any time, but inclusion in the various levels of sponsorship

will not be possible if we do not receive your commitment by that date.
