
Proposal submissions for WHRC 2016 are now closed.
If you submitted a proposal between January 22, 2016 and February 4, 2016
you will receive an e-mail in March regarding whether or not your proposal has been accepted.

TYPES OF PROPOSALS:
(1) Individual Academic Presentations: 10 minutes maximum plus 5 minutes for questions. Please keep in mind that individual academic presenters will likely be sharing a room with other individual academic presenters.
(2) Group/Panel Academic Presentations: 40 minutes maximum plus 10 minutes for questions. Maximum number of presenters for a group/panel academic presentation is four (4) members.
(3) Poster Presentation: Two presenters maximum per conference-quality poster. Plan for at least a 2-hour session. Please note that when you fill out the presentation proposal form, you will also need to upload a .pdf or .ppt of your poster-in-progress.
Posters should be 3 feet (height) by 4 feet (width). Posters will be judged by the rubric HERE.
(4) Individual Professional Development Presentation: 40 minutes maximum plus 10 minutes for questions. Topics can include any practical topic of interest to the Honors community.
(5) Group/Panel Professional Development Presentation: 40 minutes maximum plus 10 minutes for questions. Maximum number of presenters for a group/panel professional development presentation is four (4) members. Topics can include any practical topic of interest to the Honors community.
